The World Entrepreneurship Summit in 2008 brought together 400 entrepreneurs, investors, thought leaders, business leaders, policy makers and academics from over 40 countries around the world to discuss the role of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship in enabling sustainable economic development. In 2009 we are changing the format of the World Entrepreneur Summit to link it more closely with other World Entrepreneur Society activities, including the new online Forum, the WES Academy and our news and events service. We will be holding a series of international events in London in February and March 2009.
