All our associates are trained in rigorous research methodologies and write papers and journal articles as well as conduct blue sky investigative research for clients. We work to short, medium or long timescales, with policy, business and academic partners and by ourselves to develop working papers, conference papers, journal articles and theoretical frameworks that inform our thinking and ensure that we are at the forefront of thinking and research.
Currently we are developing an evaluation metric for business development based on the motivations and aptitude of indviduals. This assesses the characteristics of the individual and, critically, is integrated into our bespoke system where the profile is matched with others, to potentially organise an ideal working team. The aim is to optimise the allocation of abilities within a team, with the goal of growing an entrepreneurial business in the most efficient and optimal way. An App for this is also in dvelopment.
